• Wood is a natural product and will shrink and grow please be patient with it and it will go back in different weathers.This will not affect the quality of your building.
• epdm rubber roof is a one piece roof covering guaranteed upto 50 years.
• composite cladding or facias is maintance free for upto 10 years.
